| How do I find a participating dealer? |
The BJ's Auto Buying Program has selected participating dealers in each Club locale.
These dealers have agreed to give BJ's Members a low, no haggle, no hassle deal on a
new or pre-owned vehicle. Each dealer has an official price list and special contact
persons for BJ's Members. Ask to see the price list when you pick out your vehicle.
To find the participating dealer nearest you, who sells your desired make of vehicle,
click here and follow the instructions. Vehicles can be purchased or leased from any
participating BJ's Auto Buying Program dealer in the Eastern U.S.

| Whom should I speak with at the dealership? |
Work only with the BJ's contact person. Call the BJ's Auto Buying Program contact person and make an
appointment to come to the dealership. The contact person is the only person authorized to give you the
BJ's Auto Buying Program price. Show your BJ's Membership Card to the contact person when you arrive at
the dealership.

| Will I be purchasing or leasing the vehicle from BJ's? |
You do not purchase or lease the vehicle from BJ's Wholesale Club. You purchase or lease the vehicle from a licensed
franchised new car dealer. These dealers have contracted with BJ's Auto Buying Program to give you a low, no hassle,
no haggle, price.

| Can I trade-in my current vehicle through the program? |
Many dealers do accept trade-ins, however, it is solely at the dealers’ discretion. Ask the BJ's Auto Buying
Program contact person about trade-ins during your initial conversation.

| How much are the vehicles discounted? |
The amount of your discount varies depending on the Make and Model. Each participating dealership has a special
BJ's Auto Buying Program price list. The BJ's contact person at the dealership is the only person authorized to
give you the BJ's Member price.

| Do I have to negotiate for the special price? |
The contact person should not negotiate with you. Ask to see the BJ’s Auto Buying Program price list. Our
participating dealers have agreed to give you the low BJ's Auto Buying Program price up front.

| How do I know if I received the BJ's Member price? |
Ask to see the printed BJ's Member price list. If you feel that you did not receive the BJ's Auto Buying
Program price or feel that the dealer did not adhere to the program, call us at 888.527.7388, or revisit the
web site and send us an e-mail through the "Contact Us" section.

| How do I get my discount on vehicle service? |
Go to the "Parts & Service Discounts" section of the web site. Enter your zip code and the make of vehicle you own.
You will get a certificate for the listed discount at the listed dealership. Print the certificate and make an
appointment with the dealership's service department. Present the certificate to your service writer before your
write up. You will then receive your BJ's Auto Buying Program discount.
